We all have Google accounts of which those accounts we use a
lot are YouTube, Gmail. Coming to the point directly “Have you ever thought of
importing your Gmail accounts contacts to your IPHONE 5”.
Didn’t you ever think about that……!
If you really bored of listing your all contacts again in the IPHONE5 or any
other high version IPHONE here is the way how you can do it.
This was made easy by Google by
introducing a new open protocol; support for CardDAV which allows the Iphone5
contact application to sync or import the contacts with the Gmails contacts.You
may use any other third party app to do this job.If you know any other means of
doing it let me know OK.
But also try what I know…
1. First open the settings application in your device IPHONE5 or any other high
version.
2. Select which you want to sync
like mail, schedules in your calendar, contacts.
3. Now select Add account then select Other…..
4. Now select Add CardDAV Account….
5. Now fill out the appeared account
fields..
In the prompted location
a) Server
: Enter as Google.
b) Username: Enter your complete Google account
or Google app email address.
c) Password: Enter your google account
password.
6. Now select next in the top
corner OK and ensure that contacts option is ON.
That’s it once you are done with all settings and when you reopen the application your contacts or your desired
items will be synced automatically OK…..
